Hi I’m Jack Tyler, based out of a home workshop in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire. I’ve been designing and making gifts whilst honing my skills part time for the last 3 Years. I design products digitally and then bring them to reality using lovely materials using my Glowforge Laser Cutter.
Why Laser Cutting?
Laser cutting is a fast and versatile method to bring ideas rapidly into reality using high quality materials like Hardwoods, plywood, Acrylic Perspex, Leather, Slate and most natural materials. Unlike 3D printing you start with a solid sheet of material and cut, engrave and combine sheets together to make the final product. This is a much faster process than having to create the object from scratch and the less material you have to remove the faster it will be, cutting a shape is much faster than engraving the same size area.
I will be launching an Etsy Store later in the year but do take bespoke orders.
